A combination of the old and the new aptly kicks things off. The vox tape is something recorded off short wave in the early 1980's – some sort of Learn to Speak English thing. The bizarre nature of it hasobvious appeal. The backing is much more recent, but very simple - a single long loop of some stolen, slowed down and treated muzak - it might be Swans??
