We have a limited number of the 2021 vinyl reissue of our 1986 second album Ecce Homo available on Bandcamp. Two separate mastering efforts were undertaken for the vinyl reissue and both are presented here for your digital consumption. The first lot of masters was done by Rupert Clarveux in Mallorca from surviving cassettes of the original 1986 release. These are the versions that made it to the album pressing. The second lot (shown here as alternative masterings) were done in Brisbane predominantly from 'baked' 7" reel-to-reel tape mixdowns from 1986, with a couple of tracks that had be mastered from cassette versions.

Not to be confused with the USA's Pell Mell, this Australian indiepop band reminds me of Young Marble Giants on this, their later recordings. Heard on WFMU's Question the Answer show. Art Fin
